install subversion on Mac OS X

DO NOT use *.zip file, that's for windows!
decompress *.tar.gz and *-deps.tar.gz and just run:
./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --prefix=/usr/local/subversion --with-ssl --without-berkeley-db

under: apple
